Sustaining Grace Outreach Center is an 501c3 Non-Profit organization Located in Spring Valley, California that provides resources to those who are economically disadvantaged. Since 2006, we have been helping the underprivileged members of our community through emergency food distribution, counseling services, community awareness classes, and more. We are passionate about helping people and care deeply about their needs.

Community Awareness Workshops

“We educate and support those who are struggling with chronic conditions, pain, diabetes and chemical dependency for more information please visit our events page for all upcoming workshops and self management classes.” 

Helping Hand for Homeless People

San Diego County has the fourth-largest population of homeless people in the United States according to a government report. According to statistics at least over 6,000 people are experiencing homelessness each night in San Diego, Men, Women and Children are found sleeping on the sidewalks. Sustaining Grace Outreach Center Provides resources and support within the homeless community together we can make a difference and restore hope.
